Research for Flying Goose Media centerd on the videography and creative production industry in Alberta, examining how clients engage with video-heavy websites and evaluating competitor portfolios across North America. The project began with a site already in development, which I refined and elevated into a stronger platform. Key insights emphasized the importance of credibility, visual storytelling, and seamless navigation where showcasing work through video becomes the primary driver of trust and conversion. By understanding how users interact with media-rich platforms, we identified what transforms a standard portfolio into a compelling client acquisition tool.
